Occupation: Vince is President of BPAS Actuarial & Pension Services, the largest actuarial consulting firm headquartered in New York State outside of New York City. This group includes seventy professional employees consisting of actuaries and employee benefit plan specialists. BPAS’ clients range in size from 1 to 20,000 employees, and span diverse industries such as banking, insurance, retail, higher education, manufacturing and health care providers.
Vince is a founding officer of BPAS Actuarial & Pension Services and BPAS Healthcare Consulting Services. Prior to starting BPAS Actuarial & Pension Services in 2003, Vince spent fifteen years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), ten of which were as a partner and Market Leader of PwC’s Global Human Resource Solutions’ Syracuse Office.
As well as being the President of the Board for the Empire Housing and Development Corp., Vince is a member of the Human Resource and Benefits Committee of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse, NY; Trustee of Le Moyne College; past-Director, past‐Treasurer and Chair of the Investment Committee of the Upstate Medical University Foundation; former Director of the Arc of Onondaga Foundation; and a former Board member of the Syracuse Chapter of the New York Employee Benefits Conference (NYEBC). He has been a lecturer for the National Association of Accountants, the NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Syracuse Business Journal, and NYEBC, and recently had an article published in Central New York M.D. News regarding cash balance pension plans.
Vince is a summa cum laude graduate of Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and minor concentrations in English and Philosophy. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and an Enrolled Actuary licensed to perform actuarial services under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, (ERISA).
